Demo and interview times for Music Machines 2010

Here’s the timetable for all the interviews and demo’s on Saturday, doors are at 1pm and we’ll wrap things up around 530pm.

Unfortunately Chris Cox is no longer able to make it so Paul Raine has stepped in to demo the amazing Maschine unit from Native Instruments.

Room 1: Classic gear

• Sequential Circuits demo from David Abernethy – 2PM
• Korg Monotron duet with Tom Ludvigson and Alan Brown – 3PM
• Interview with Steve Graham owner of an amazing collection of Synths and Drum Machines – 4PM

Room 2: The Technical sessions live

Technical session producer interviews will be screening all day between the live interviews.

• Interview with Kit Lawrence (Pigout) about his music – 130PM
• Interview with Evan Short about his music and productions – 230PM
• Interview and Ableton demo with Matt Chicoine (Recloose) – 330PM
• Interview with Leon Dahl on his music and synth obsession! – 430PM

• Ableton Live demo with Paddy Free (Pitch Black) – 2PM
• NI Maschine demo with Paul Raine – 3PM
• Ableton Live demo with Thomas Sahs – 4PM

Room 4: “The Beat” presented by “Ayebro.co.nz

• Producer showcase with Christoph El’ Truento (DJ Truent) – 130PM
• Ayebro Live beat battle – 230PM
• Mastering session with Evan Short – 330PM
• Jeremy Toy – MPC3000 beats demo – 430PM
